Terms
Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy an eSIM plan from NileRoam through nileroam.co.uk. They set out what you’re buying, what we promise, and what each side is responsible for.
Who you’re buying from
NileRoam is an independent travel eSIM retailer that sells digital mobile-data eSIM plans for travel to Egypt. NileRoam is not a mobile network operator and is not affiliated with Orange, Etisalat or Vodafone — those are the local networks plans connect to, and their names do not imply endorsement. See business details for our trading identity and address.
What you’re buying
- A digital eSIM plan providing mobile data in Egypt. Plans are data-only unless a specific plan explicitly says otherwise — no Egyptian phone number, and no traditional calls or SMS.
- The data allowance, plan length, activation rules and speed rules for each plan are shown on the plan page before you buy, and the details you bought stay attached to your order.
- Plans connect to Egypt’s national mobile networks. Network availability, signal and speed vary by location, device and network conditions, and are not guaranteed everywhere or at all times.
Your device
It is your responsibility to make sure the phone you’ll use supports eSIM and is unlocked from any network. Phones that are carrier-locked or don’t support eSIM cannot use a travel eSIM. Check before you buy — see eSIM compatible devices.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price displayed at checkout is the final total you pay — we don’t add extra charges on top of it.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe on Stripe’s own payment pages. We don’t handle your full card details on this website.
- Although NileRoam is designed for UK travellers, checkout is open to customers anywhere in the world.
Order acceptance and fulfillment
When you pay, that is your order request — it is not on its own confirmation that the order is complete. Normally we process eligible orders immediately after payment and start preparing your eSIM without an artificial waiting period, and acceptance normally happens when we begin fulfilling the order by issuing your eSIM.
Before fulfillment, we may hold an order for reasonable review where there are material concerns about, for example: a payment anomaly, suspected fraud or abuse, security, compliance, an obvious pricing or product error, whether the plan can actually be provided, or a technical-integrity concern.
If we ultimately do not accept an order, or cannot fulfill it, any payment that was captured is returned to your original payment method.
Delivery, recovery and support
- Your eSIM arrives by email at the address you give at checkout, with installation steps.
- While the installation details are retained for delivery and support, you can use the find your order page with your order number and purchase email to have those details sent again.
- If something goes wrong, contact us at NileRoam support.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In brief: full refunds to the original payment method for eligible unused eSIMs requested within 30 days of purchase, with the conditions and exclusions set out there.
Questions and disputes
If you have a problem with an order, contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email at the address on the contact page. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
